Water Coordination Program - Single Family

Conserving California's Water

Wanting to bring equitable, cost-effective water conservation services to low-income customers, California American Water collaborated with RHA to launch the Water Coordination Program in 2018. The program leverages work performed on a low-income energy efficiency program to provide concurrent water conservation assessment and measure installation.

The Water Coordination Program launched serving three California American Water districts and has grown into a statewide program, serving single-family households in eight service areas in Northern and Southern California. RHA implements the program, overseeing the delivery of water conservation assessments and measure installation by subcontractor organizations.
