Mike has more than two decades of management experience. His experience includes over 12 years spent in the residential energy efficiency sector, the majority of which he focused on programs designed to help low-income families save energy and money. Mike uses this experience to manage quality assurance inspections for income-qualified energy efficiency programs serving single-family and multifamily customers in Southern California. He ensures field teams perform thorough inspections, verifying that customers receive quality and safe installation services and measures that will achieve the desired energy savings.

Always prioritizing continuous improvement, Mike is skilled at motivating and mentoring staff to operate effectively in their roles. This management style helps him ensure teams have the right skills and tools to overcome program challenges and achieve goals.
