Engergy Savings Assistance (ESA) Program Workforce Development

Empowering the Local Energy Workforce

Local California subcontractors are critical to the success of the Energy Savings Assistance Program. Under RHA’s management, these subcontractors engage and enroll low-income customers, assess homes for potential upgrades, install measures to improve home efficiency, health, comfort and safety, and educate customers throughout the process.

RHA ensures subcontractor organizations and staff have the correct skills, knowledge and support to deliver quality, safe work and seamless, positive customer experiences through training, development opportunities and comprehensive resources
