Energy Efficient Upgrades for All

Energy efficiency upgrades can make homes healthier, safer and more comfortable while reducing residents’ energy bills. However, the cost of these improvements can prevent many households from reaping these benefits.

To address this barrier, PG&E provides  no-cost home upgrades, including weatherization services, appliance repair and replacement, and energy efficiency measures. RHA administers the program for the Northern and Coastal regions of California, overseeing the 20 subcontractors that deliver home assessments, customer education, and measure installation.  Since 1982, the program has served more than 1.8 million households throughout PG&E territory.
