She ensures the effective, efficient and secure operation of all company technology and oversees the design, development and analysis of program operational and logistical requirements. A certified Project Management Professional, Poonam is skilled at balancing priorities and collaborating with diverse personnel to achieve tangible outcomes. Her expertise includes software development, software engineering, database design, testing and quality assurance. She has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Amravati University, India, and a Master of Management Studies, Management Information Systems from the University of Bombay, India.
