RHA’s Center for Energy Workforce Advancement (CEWA) supports California’s energy professionals with high-quality training in residential energy efficiency and weatherization improvements. As a certified test center for the Building Performance Institute (BPI), CEWA offers online and field preparatory courses and exams for BPI’s Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector certifications.

Our Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector training is accredited by the Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC), a recognized standard of excellence in the industry. RHA is proud to be the only IREC-accredited training provider for these certifications in California.
