No-cost and Low-cost Energy Upgrades
Synchronizing whole property upgrades and in-unit treatments maximizes benefits to residents and property owners. The Energy Savings Assistance program was redesigned to utilize this whole building approach. SDG&E administers the program in Southern California.
RHA implements the program, overseeing customer/property enrollment, property audits and benchmarking, project design and incentive layering assistance, and in-unit upgrades at no-cost to property owners or residents.

Activities

- Train and manage contractors that perform field work, including measure installation (e.g. building envelope, heating and cooling, water heating, lighting, and appliance upgrades)
- Provide hands-on, tailored customer support throughout their program journeys
